What property would you like to see Koei Tecmo adapt into a Warriors game? This is the question that Japanese magazine Famitsu put before its readers, and the results are in.

Topping the poll was Touken Ranbu Online - which is sadly lost on us since it's a Japanese browser game. We can only really start to comment when we get to Final Fantasy in fifth place, which we reckon would actually work rather well. The Tales Of series follows in sixth, while the Atelier franchise comes in at number eight - both would potentially make a good fit, and the latter is owned by Koei Tecmo to begin with.

Things start to get interesting with Shin Megami Tensei and Persona in ninth and tenth place, respectively. For those out of the loop, the Persona series is actually a spin-off of the Shin Megami Tensei property - but it's been a while since we've seen any Shin Megami Tensei titles on PlayStation platforms.

Anyway, what's caught our eye here is that representatives of both properties have expressed intrigue when it comes to the idea of collaborating with Koei Tecmo to make a Warriors game. Kazuyuki Yamai, producer of Shin Megami Tensei, simply says "get in touch with us anytime", while Persona's public relations states "it'd be interesting if we could make it one day". Yeah, we think so too.

Whether these teases actually manifest as real games, no one can say just yet, but we fully expect to hear more about Koei Tecmo's plans in the relatively near future. Let's hope that we're not disappointed, eh?
