LittleBigPlanet 3 Thomas Was Alone

There are some absolutely incredible costumes in LittleBigPlanet, which must have taken hours upon hours to produce – but these Thomas Was Alone outfits aren’t an example of that. While the Mike Bithell developed indie carries our coveted stamp of approval, we can see how a game about geometric shapes may not necessarily change people’s perception of the small games sector. And we’re not totally convinced that they make great outfits for Sackboy and crew either.

Don’t get us wrong, we love the idea of Toggle running around as a small yellow square, but we think that we’d rather spend our cash on a more elaborate costume given the choice. Nevertheless, Bithell himself is pretty stoked about the collaboration. “So yeah, [these] are looking a bit awesome,” he enthused on Twitter. We suppose that this should give budding creator curators the freedom to make their own Thomas Was Alone levels in the upcoming LittleBigPlanet 3. Honestly, though, it’s not hard to make moving shapes in the series these days.
