Russian developer Targem Games is currently mulling over the prospect of bringing a title to the PlayStation Vita. Asked whether it intends to release the upcoming PlayStation Network strategy title Planets Under Attack on the handheld, the developer informed us that it doesn’t have any "short-term" plans for the platform.

However, pushed on whether it was considering a Vita release in the future, PR manager Alexandra Isakova told us: “We will think over it, and maybe by Christmas 2013 we will make something for the Vita.”

While the upcoming Planets Under Attack looks like a perfect fit for the portable platform, we’d happily accept a port of the brilliant Armageddon Riders. In fact, we intend to pepper the developer’s inbox with emails begging for exactly that.
