If you're worried that Final Fantasy XIII-2's shorter development time might lead to a shorter plot -- your concerns are unfounded

Square Enix has confirmed in the latest issue of Famitsu that its story will last 30-40 hours. Let's hope it's not all filler this time around.

Square Enix also confirmed that those with a save file for Final Fantasy XIII will unlock a special wallpaper.

The game's out December 15th in Japan.
