GoldenEye 007: Reloaded's Was In Development At The Same Time As The Wii Version.

Producer James Steer revealed to Kotaku that GoldenEye 007: Reloaded was being worked on "in the background" while the Wii version was in development.

“This was working in the background the whole time while they were working on the Wii game, but it was very important not to disturb that team as they completed the game,” he said.

Steer added that the team focused on the Wii version in order to pay tribute to the classic Nintendo 64 title.

Because GoldenEye is well regarded as a multiplayer title, Eurocom is adding a bunch of new features to the HD version of the game: more maps, more players, new features and new characters will all headline the expanded upgrade.

The game's due out later in the year.
