There'll Be A New Battlefield Announcement This Week.

The game — which is categorically not Battlefield 3 — will be announced at an EA event on Friday Easy's GM Ben Cousins announced on Twitter:

"Flying to London later today to show a new, unannounced #Battlefield game to the press. News goes public on Friday. (NOT #BF3)"

Cousins later Tweeted that the game will not be Battlefield: Assault, the chief rumour after EA picked up a domain of the same name.

There will be something though. We'll have to wait a couple o' days to find out what.
