Multiple Japanese Retailers Pitch Heavy Rain For A February 18th Release

You'll Be Able To Enjoy Quantic Dream's Epic Story Driven Adventure Sometime In February. Probably.
When one retailer lists a game’s release date, we tend not to listen. But when multiple retailers, including Amazon, say “yo, Heavy Rain is hitting Japan on February 18th,” we tend to listen. Of course, SCEE were typically cagey [you read this site too much if you picked up on the pun - Ed] about a European release, telling VG247, “I can’t comment on Japan I’m afraid. We haven’t set a release date for the UK at this time.”
February would seem like the logical time for Sony to release Heavy Rain. Right in between MAG and God Of War III and… Oh shit Sony are bringing the goods next year aren’t they?
