Had my PS5 for a few days now. Completed Astro and now on Spider-Man MM. Looking through the UI this morning and noticed the Recently Played list. I have similar issues, with many games on my list that I've never played and several games duplicated with different play times. As for the ones I've never played, there seems to be a slight pattern as around 80% of them are downloaded from PS Now but I've never played them. I downloaded them so my partner could play them on her account, similar to sharing games on PS Plus. All of the games on the list that I've not played all have - signs under the Progress and Earned. Like others have said, not a major issue but I would certainly like a truer reflection of my years of gaming. Hopefully Sony will fix it or allow the list to be edited.
