@Mince Good plan, but be careful. I've been using this plan since PS2 came out, and I still have a couple of PS2 games I haven't finished. It's a combination of real life getting in the way, and having your head turned by the nice shiny new game sitting on the shelf over there.
Could be worse. In the late 80's the average NES game was bought for £40 or so. That's at least £100 in today's money. In other words, the real cost of purchasing a game has nearly halved in the last thirty years.
