Re: Sony's Loaning PS4 Development Kits to Indie Studios for Free 1evretThu 25th Jul 2013 there is no reason to believe sony aren't/weren't already planning to let people do this on retail PS4s, they let people do it on vita through PSM and since the retail PS4 isnt out yet it's obvious why indies have dev kits right now. 0
