I appreciate it can be down to bad luck if you buy a game then it soon hits ps plus but to tell you the ultimate edition is the only way to get a free upgrade to PS5, then put it on sale and then give it out for free less than 2 weeks later is shocking behaviour. Even worse that the first response I got from Playstation is that I won't be refunded. I replied saying that I was not happy with that and I am just waiting on their reply.
People who bought Maneater were refunded so why should this be any different??
