Very pleased to be getting Planet Coaster after repeatedly holding off from purchasing in multiple sales! Despite my joy however I’ll be rotating Dying Light 2, Horizon FW, Elden Ring, Sifu, Uncharted 4/LL and Olli Olli World in Feb anyway!
@AdamNovice 100% agree. Acquisitions like this are blocked by courts all the time due to anti-competition laws. Although I think the USA doesn’t have any, or are slightly leaner when it comes to such things. Which is ultimately why this will go ahead regardless!
@Crowley22g I agree it's not a practise that should be going on, however looking at the Marvel/Sony contract it states that Sony have first and last refusals to exclusive electronic merchandising and items (which would cover this?). A far less shady practise considering they will have simply been offered it. Correct me if I'm wrong though!

Are people really angry over an exclusive character when Microsoft paid SE for exclusivity to Rise Of The Tomb Raider not so long ago?
