Oh end yeah the 5 star police chase and then lose them trophy is really simple just go to a bridge lift the bridge and then drive or jump in the water, then close the bridge. Go to the middle of it so the helicopter wont see you. Believe he's retarded. It might sound stupid but I unlocked it this way.
