This method is great since you also get 4 bullets from the wheelchair dude with the gun and each wolf also gives usually 3 healing jawnskis each. You could also go for the trolls which almost always drop 2 healing jawnskis each. However, I disagree with your ending. Dont return to hunters dream. Instead use the ability to hurt yourself for 5 bullets. Now go back to the central yharam lamp ( I don't remember how to spell that xD) but don't use it. Now jump off the ladder. You should die since you hurt yourself with the stupid hurt yourself jawn. You will respawn with the blood pool usually near the lamp. This halves the immense loading time. pick up your blood and everyone respawned. Rinse. Repeat.
