@REALAIS The only updated sales figure for Part II we have was from two years (24 months) after it released, when it had sold 10.3 million copies. Nothing since then.

A fair comparison would be the sales figure for the first game at 24 months? That we don't have.

We do know the first was up to 8 million copies sold at 14 months, and then 17 million at 58 months. That averages out to the first game selling 205,000 copies per month between those first two figures (14mths/58mths).

So at 24 months the first one would've sold around 10.05 million copies compared to the second game at 10.3 million. Essentially on par.

I found the second game better than the first - better level design, graphics, much more risk taking, deeper themes and richer characters. But it's brutal and far less a safe or familiar narrative like the first, so I get some not clicking with it.
