Fr @yOr it's like ok I love the Playstation controller and things better that Playstation does but there customer service is horrible. I had one agent end chat not letting me type anything had to wait for 280 people ahead of me just for an agent to do that crazy I swear. Also that sucks I'm sorry to hear that. My freind lives here in Mississippi aswell and he is gaming no issues this outage is crazy.

I just got this over Christmas EBK tbh I play on Xbox for years kinda like the refund policy is nuts on Playstation on xbox you get so many refunds a year also on Xbox you can set your Xbox as primary home and even if you lose connection you can play your games no problem

Yeah yOr I miss when you could play games you own without internet like the older gen of consoles what I consider the golden age of gaming

I'm so happy your covering this I'm new to playstation and haven't experienced this issue on xbox wasn't sure if it was an account ban or cause I've followed there guidelines my freind told me it's very congested right now.
