I've created an account just to come comment here about this issue, and one another very similar. I don't know where to report this sort of things, so I'll just leave it here in hopes Sony takes notice somehow.
So first of all yes, I also have this issue. Though after coming to the menu and back to the list the issue becomes solved for some games while others are now showing wrong. Going to the console's main menu and back solves/unsolves the issue as you repeat it. So it's some kind of bug on the loading process.
But more importantly than that, is my second issue. So, I have many, really many games, in my library. And I'm not even talking about installed, I mean games I have adquired. But for some reason, the PS5 decides to mix the IMAGES and names of some games while in fact they are another games. Here's an example:
On my Library I have it saying Evil Within 2 for the PS5. We all know there's no Evil Within 2 for the PS5. But when I start downloading, it downloads The Observer: System Redux, which should've been the right game/image/info to appear. This doesn't happen just with this game, it is now happening with every other games, not only PS5 but PS4 games aswell, specially demos, my library is now showing wrong games.
I can already forward though, that the problem MOST LIKELY relies on a bug within the save file system, as I've noticed that the saves both on the console and PS Plus Cloud have wrong game images.
Please, Sony has to take a notice of this. You can't imagine how it is to have an entire library of PS games, new and old, all mixed up with one another.
