To further explain the steps, here is a step by step explanation: When you are on the home screen, go to settings --> PSN --> account information --> Sign-In ID --> Send Email. The send email step will only appear if there is a "not yet verified" next to Sign-In ID step. Easier than updating your system again. Thanks @Ginkgo
