@CheekyMonkey Persona 5 runs on a custom engine developed by Atlus themselves so it wouldn't be as simple as toggling a switch to change resolution they'd have to code a 4k mode themselves also the game's in-game logic is tied to the fps being 30 any higher and the games animations speed up and all sort of stuff will break
