@Lcifer I have a PC my friend. I am aware of the financials. I own a console for the consoles, of which, there are none nowadays, which is why I complain. And even if they stop bringing them out on PC, they still won’t be true exclusives, or true next gen titles, because they’ll just be on PS4 as well.
Also, it’s not “Just Spider-Man…” lol of all the PS titles Sony have released in the past 10 years, the Spider-Man games have been among the most bland.
Normally I’d be in that 70 something %. But seeing as Sony seem hell bent on crippling any brand loyalty I once had I’d prefer they release them on PC so I don’t have to buy into their eco system anymore.
The PS5 has been an absolutely joke. And Sony continues to make decisions that harm both their brand and the gaming industry as whole.
From the ground up, there’s only one single true PS5 exclusive, and that’s Demon’s Souls. I might be wrong on that now, I haven’t been following things over the last 6 months or so. But everything just kept coming out on PS4, PC, and everywhere else. The PS5 generation never even started.
I could write you a dissertation on why the PS5 is terrible and why Sony is mismanaging their brand. I wish Xbox would make a comeback because Sony need some decent competition.
I’ve bought this, on PS5, because I’m a fan of the series. I’m a big BioWare fan. But this game is just objectively bad. It’s not a good Dragon Age game, and it’s a bad rpg objectively. I will finish it, and get the Platinum Trophy. But I’m 10 hours in and everything about the game is infuriating. I don’t care about the DEI stuff at all, that has no bearing on the game for me. The combat is unpolished and the parry system is abysmally implemented, the dialogue is terrible, the level design is unintuitive. The only thing that seems to work well is the dodge mechanics. The only reason I’m bashing the game is because it’s been 10 years, Inquisition is one of my favourite rpgs ever. I platinumed the Mass Effect trilogy last year, I’ve even platinumed Anthem. Veilguard is an insult.
