This guy appeared a few times for me in chapter two...while riding around i randomly heard him say something about knowing i was behind him and ignored him the first couple times...the third time or so i stopped and talked to him but he wouldnt give me the map and he got away...now im hoping to see him again...i will add that i am have purposefully stayed on chapter two and have a high total completion percentage over 45% compared to story completion only at 21%
