Re: Helldivers 2 Wins Game of the Year at UK Industry Awards

FuzzyOtterPaws

The popularity didn't decline like this says. It surpassed 15 million players and has been probably the biggest video game hit of all of 2024 and with how popular it got and how dedicated the developers have been to making changes and chatting with the community, of course it deserves game of the year! I've never seen a game as popular or with as dedicated devs as Helldivers 2 has been and it's helped me a lot with gaming with other people now too!❤️

Re: Poll: Are You Playing Concord?

Hero shooters are one of the most fun game genres, and people seem to forget Overwatch was originally $60 (even more than only $40) and was better without all the microtransactions and unlocking heroes. Concord goes back to the old ways of paying upfront but then getting everything and I actually like that yet people seem to act like that's the worst part since they're so used to only free games now I guess. It's a fun game😞

Why is there so much hate for the game?! It's great! It's really fun especially as someone who played Overwatch for years and I love hero shooters in general! I don't like COD or anything else with generic people, and love games with actual, unique characters so Concord is great, plus it has the crew system for the added bonuses and you get more cosmetics and such for leveling up, and I'm excited to see more character variants as that's a super cool feature.

Re: Poll: Are You Playing Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League?

FuzzyOtterPaws

It's actually a pretty fun game with lovable characters and a nice story. People are too negative. If you don't like it, fine, but you don't need to be so rude about it because people have different opinions and people don't understand that anymore. People like different things and this isn't a bad game as much as people make it out to be. It's a shame it got so much negative reception just for not being the same game released again like the other Arkham games🤣

Re: Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League Previews Are Far from Positive

I've been so excited to play this game! January 30th can't come soon enough!😁 I'm excited to see the story and where it goes since the closed alpha I played stopped before I could see everything, but from what I did, it definitely has the Arkham lore and love and I'm excited to see the full story!

Plus the gameplay may not be exciting right away, bur there's upgrades and ultimates and even vehicles later on!

I think people get too critical especially for something that hasn't even released yet, and companies can try different things. Arkham Asylum was new for its time, after all. I think people should wait to give it a chance, and everyone likes different things. This is definitely top of my gaming list for 2024 and I can't wait to play!😁❤️

@J_Warrior That's the problem with other games. Too many require playing on the hardest difficulty which many of us can't do and it isn't fun constantly dying. It's way more fun to just beat enemies and beat a game so games shouldn't FORCE you to play on the hardest difficulty or anything. That's so annoying when they do it and why this game was so good and fun!

This was my first ever PlayStation game and it was SO satisfying! Being able to get every achievement AND being short enough to actually be DONE with the game?! Amazing! Too many games are too long or don't even HAVE an end and there's too many games to play so having one done and out of the way WITH everything done is an amazing experience and feeling! I hope future games take an example form this game! Achievements people can actually do and a manageable runtime so we aren't stuck on one thing we never finish. I love this game!😁❤️

@Gunnerzaurus It's nice actually having achievements people can actually do because it actually encourages people to do it. Most games are filled with impossible crap requiring sheer luck or an insane amount of skill most people can't do or playing with other people which many don't want to do. Having a sense of completion is actually great and it's so nice having something you can actually do! Never got every achievement in a game because most are too impossible and they don't understand the point of getting a achievement and having that satisfaction so it's nice having one that's not ridiculously impossible for once! This is the first that a lot like me got 100% in which is great!

I've had an Xbox my whole life, but I got a PlayStation for the first time just for this game and I love it! It's cool having an extra 100% trophy, but I've never gotten every achievement in a game so this is my first! Both first with all achievements AND first for PlayStation! Honestly more games need to be like this. WAY too many game have impossible crap that require sheer luck or skill or playing with other people which I refuse to do. The achievements in this game were actually pretty easy which actually encourages people to do it instead of ignoring it!😁❤️
