Again thank you pushsquare, my vote is to keep these lists updated and posted. While nothing on this list to worry about for me. I would hate to have one of those games on your wishlist (both real and mental) that have been on there for years that i end up missing out on and unaware of

It personally would not be a issue for me. I very rarely have or truly need more than a handful of games on my ps5 at any one time as I'm primarily a one game at a time kind of person. Call me old fashioned.

I have decent Internet speeds and by the time I know im coming to the end of whatever I am playing i have room to download whatevers on my radar to play next within an hour or so at most.

In fact give me 500gb and 500 quid (whatever it may be) off the price of the unit!

Is this going to be seen as a quirky masterpiece in a few years like Deadly Premonition?

Is this a definitive list?.. ithough a lot more games had PSSR support?

Please keep these monthly lists coming. This is great stuff! I would have been gutted if I had not bought the Jurassic Park Collection!

They have a MS backed Steam VR release though I think... so the bones may already be there..... I cant speak to its quality though. Again wishful thinking rather than positive hope!

Even if it only plays ps5 games. I'll get one day 1. The opporunity to play my PS4/PS5 plus whatever back compat ps3 games they have by that point via ps+(or hopefully they figure out back compat for those by then and sell me them) on the go is mouth watering to me (no i dont want a portal streaming device) for years to come nearly all ps6 games will be playable on the ps5 anyway. Plus I'll buy a ps6 home console.

I agree but I don't think it will be thet soon. I think we will get 2 more console generations at least. Consoles will survive as long as people like me are alive and able to by games and it is how we like it. With a dedicated machine rather than relying on your Internet connectionwitu zero frame rate issues and grain. Until the market shrinks by us dying off it'll be ok. I think I've got 20 odd years left in me.... I hope!

I've always though about it like this. Please educate me if I have it wrong!....but we can stream pac man flawlessly now right? but big AAA games struggle more?.... Once a majority of the console players internet connection/bandwidth/infrastructure/reliability catches up enough to play today's modern games flawlessly, there will still be at that time modern games twice/thrice the size of today's ones that will require more than most console gamers at thst time internet can handle too?

I'm on premium and have been from the beginning. I dont mids the money paying monthly even tbough I rarely use it and Your post, combined with this article reminding me Resistance among others are being taken down for seemingly no reason, along with PSVR2 tirles i might have an interest
In taking a look at at some point. I've just downgraded to the basic level for the first time.

This is so nice to hear! Fingers crossed. Clair Obscurer looks too jrpg'y for me (stilted, hacky over the top voice acting ) even if the gameplay is good the way they talk makes my ears bleed!

Hi there,

I've got a fix for this (with a bit of work) log in to psn on a website browser (sometimes if you try this on your phone it will auto open the app once you press the log in button so best to do it on a device that does not have the app installed).

Once logged in you should be able to go into your wishlist and remove it as you would on the app or console).

TBF You are on a video game website. Every article and every comment with the slightest whiff of disatisfaction about absolutely anything is a first world problem. It's a first world hobby! Well owning a ps5 definitely is.

Unlike a personally held list. The PSN wishlist tells me via the app and on the system when I have a game on my wishlist that goes in sale.

I'm looking at this. Modern Fifa is just way to hard for me with the dozens of different buttons and stick movement etc. Have been wanting something more arcade!

Do you know where I could find a roster of official teams and players? As they say they have thousands of official teams and players plus real competitions. I am a chelsea fan and would like to know if they have them along with the players plus Premier league and all the other teams plus European leagues.

I live by my wishlist to let me know when sales on games i want are on.
I gave up scrolling through the main sales of the week/month page last year. It takes you over an hour to go through a sales page with all the rubbish on there.

I am (hopefully now 'was") always at my wishlist limit.

I read on here that someone refused to buy the game just because of this specific issue/bug. I thought that was a really weird reason not to buy it if you wanted to play it.

I don't think Sony could take the backlash from Steam users not being able to play their Sony Studio games on their xbox+Steam handheld. It would be a baffling decision. I understand the conundrum though as they would be in the situation they have put xbox centric gamers in now. Why buy an Xbox when I could wait and get the games on Playstation + Playstation Exclusives. Although it's looking like day and date for everything in the future, so not even a wait.
The only thing I think they could do is allow it but seriously consider holding back future PC Ports even further back to when they originally came out on Playstation.

Why would an Xbox with unfiltered Steam, and possibly all others like GOG, Epic, even Amazon Games have any reason to buy full price games via Xbox store and not any of the others? Achievements maybe. (Personally if Sony did the same that is why I would but I am in a minority).
As said. Thin margins on hardware if anything if sold at a loss. and no need to buy from their ecosystem, losing where console manufacturers make their real money.
If it's a window to a continuous Game Pass again margins would not support it enough to offset what they lost on xbox store sales cuts.

To be fair 'the Internet' was pretty high on calling this a failure from the get go. Plus the success of this game , for every million it sells day by day, week by week and in its first month could determine the fate of one of the biggest last independent dev/publisher in the entire industry, whether broken apart or acquired wholesale by new owners who may run it further into the ground for the sake of money (or potentially give us all we dream of by reviving beloved ip). Its news and its why i, and many, come to sites like this.

Agreed. It looks very underwhelming from what they showed. I was expecting major amounts of dropping jaws when I clicked on the trailer. Considering the size of the unit as well I thought whoa major tech is in this....and a shooting gallery...

Thanks for the recommendation but I only play 1 game at a time and I'm playing Death Stranding at the minute, only on chapter 8 I think at the minute and want to Platinum if I can..... 150 hours in... I also play slowly!

I bought it day one but had other things, then I saw some good reviews albeit mentioning a few bugs, and also something about the xenomorph spawn rate, which I heard that they have patched and rejigged respectively since. When did you play it, release window or after? How was it?... not asking for a full review, I think I'm asking to get pumped about playing it!

This looks incredible and will be getting it. My PSVR2 backlog includes Behemoth and Alien Isolation so not sure when I will get to it.

Do you reckon I should put it to the top of the list?

Same. I had a Steam Deck and sold it as I could not reliably get every single game from my GOG, Epic Store and Prime Gaming libaries running. Even with Heroic Game launcher app. Plus I can run Crusader kings 3 with the Game of Thrones mods on my Rog Ally X. Could not do that on Steam Deck. Which for me, was MAJOR.
Love my ROG Ally X. Highly recommended!

A lot of comments from pc folk whining about no 60fps no buy/wait a year or more for pc version with my xxx graphics card, whine whine boast boast.

Yes 60fps looks better than 30fps. Yes I want 60fps where possible, but won't buy a game that you are excited for that does not have 60fps. That is just sad. And it's slightly pathetic, especially when all you bring to the conversation is 'PC better than PS5'.

100% agree. Fi the sake of the health of Sony, Playstation Studios and the health of the industry (keeping completion alive). I hope they generally see it that way too. Plus I've got nothing against them releasing their 1st party on PC later either toomake more off them. Just make sure the juice is utterly squeezed from sales on their own platform first.

Never Nintendo though (at least current generation titles).

It won't happen for quite a few years, until console gaming as we know it has changed or shifted. As you say, pretending the switch, switch 2 could run all playstation studio games. Sony, let alone the playstation business make their money from being the platform people buy their games and make their 30% cut on eveything sold. In my opinion playstation putting their studio games day 1 on other platforms, especially switch, is the day they give ther entire user base the option of not needing a playstation along with their 30%. Don't get me wrong they are always thinking about these things and testing waters but for me this would be like handing nintendo the knife to gut them.
