Overall it is a hugely positive review. The comment about gunplay suggests to me that they blitzed through the game on a low difficulty (which makes sense for a Corporate internal review which probably had a pressing deadline).
Its just my experience but I find that the common denominator with a lot of people who criticise the gameplay and gunplay of both TLOU games played on low difficultly which enables the game to be played as basically a shooter where you are able to run through like John Wick and take everyone out easily. Obviously that's a valid style of play and any weaknesses that that shows up are fair game for criticism but the game isn't built as a shooter and plays best as a slow stealth game.
