Unsurprisingly using the popular social networking service on Sony's new handheld is pretty straight-forward. Twitter will be joined by Facebook, Foursquare and Flickr as part of the PS Vita's "Social Essentials" feature. Check it in action after the jump.

At a press event in London this evening, Sony confirmed that Flickr will join Twitter, Facebook and FourSquare as part of the PlayStation Vita's "Social Essentials" offering
The custom applications — designed specifically for PlayStation Vita — promise to provide a "gateway into the most popular social media channels".
