SEGA is far from done with Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds, and has just debuted a new trailer teasing what's to come in the kart racer's future.
In short, it's going off the deep end with some truly unexpected crossovers:
First off, it provides dates for the remaining premium DLCs we know about; the TMNT pack is coming in July, while Avatar Legends arrives in October.
Then it tees up what's coming in Year Two, and if you've not seen the trailer already, I think you'd struggle to guess what's in the pipeline.
First up, the kart racer is crossing paths with Godzilla — a pretty wild collab, right? I was quite surprised by that.
But then SEGA ratchets it up another notch; Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is also teaming up with Evangelion. You know what? Absolutely. Go nuts.
The trailer finishes with Sonic Pico Park, a separate game that's a co-op puzzle platformer based on the popular Pico Park series. No platforms announced for that, but there aren't any Pico Park games on PlayStation.
Anyway, there you go. CrossWorlds ain't done crossing worlds. Are you excited for these? Tell us in the comments section below.

@Werehog Two of your favorite things Sonic, and Godzilla.
Godzilla collab again XDD
I wonder who are the last SEGA characters that will join? My guess is Gilius Thunderhead, Ulala and Joe Musashi.
Pity the game is mid and not a patch on All-star Racing Transformed.
Yes anime collabs! Get those nick ones outta here. If nge is paid dlc I'm buying it I don't care. And it's perfect for getting me back into the game after 200+ hrs of fun
Add Golden Girls, you cowards.
It kind of annoys me how it's always Rei and Asuka in these things. Shinji's the main character, let him have some shine every once in awhile.
@Whoever Meanwhile I waiting for Misato lol
Cool. Probably won't buy it like the first one since it never goes on sale. But cool.
Wow that's insane.
I miss when crossover characters were limited to video games.
@Yor-sama No Sonic Unleashed port reveal was a major let down
I have had more fun than I should with this title and I am so happy it is getting a second season. And collaborating with Eva and Godzilla? That is just wild.
Bring on Bayonetta, Gillius and Hulkenberg or any of the guys from Metaphor as pilots!
@AdamNovice Misato would also make a lot of sense behind the wheel. Put her on the light blu alpine Renault
@Nei No we are talking about DLC that would get me to buy it immediately.
Nice.
Still hoping Crash Bandicoot appears in the near future. Might as well throw in Rayman too since he's making a proper return.
@Nei : Completely agreed that Evangelion and Godzilla are huge picks, but in the case of the former Sega was one of the key financial backers of the original anime if I recall correctly, so Rei and Asuka's inclusion makes sense.🙂
As for Godzilla, well Sonic has technically already had a collab with him in that one mobile game (Sonic Rumble) and they are about to cross paths again in the upcoming IDW comic crossover, so Sega is simply just going 'all aboard the King of Monsters train' while they have the chance.😅
