DOOM: The Dark Ages' long-promised DLC has been fully revealed, and not to be confused with Final Fantasy 7 Revelation, it's called DOOM: The Dark Ages - Revelations.

The big news here is that it's out very soon indeed — it's just a month off, releasing for PS5 on the 7th July.

The above trailer makes it look like a rather desperate campaign expansion, in which the Slayer's got to cleave through a range of fresh threats.

Here's a quick summary from the official press release:

"Featuring new levels with deeper puzzles, new demons, and new mysteries, Revelations opens up a whole new dimension of combat. The all-new deadly Chain Spear offers returning slayers a uniquely satisfying combat system – one that rewards mastery with enhanced power and mobility."
