SNK icon Mr. Karate is Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves’ final mystery character, joining the excellent fighter later this month.
The Art of Fighting final boss will arrive in South Town equipped with his infamous Tengu mask, and while we’re still waiting for details on his gameplay, it doesn’t look like we’ll have to wait too long to try him out for ourselves.
Here’s what the press release says:
“Mr. Karate – a mysterious karate master with strength and skill beyond compare. As South Town and players through the years can attest, he is undoubtedly the pinnacle of power itself. How will this icon of the SNK universe blend in with CotW’s mechanics and mayhem? Stay tuned for more developments!”
Mr. Karate is the penultimate character from the brawler’s second Season Pass, with Fist of the North Star’s Kenshiro set to follow in June.
The legendary developer has been iterating on this game at lightning pace, adding one new DLC character per month so far in 2026.
Late in April it also completely revamped the game’s user interface, and added a new visual novel-style story mode centred on returning antagonist Wolfgang Krauser.
