Earlier this year, it was announced that Drop Duchy would be making its way to PS5 following a successful launch on PC.
Now, we know the date; Drop Duchy: Complete Edition arrives on 21st April 2026, as reported by Gematsu.
Published by The Arcade Crew and developed by Sleepy Mill Studio, the game combines various elements to create a novel and original experience that's gone down very well on other platforms.
The game is a sort of strategy game in which you drop Tetris-like pieces of terrain and buildings into a grid, ideally in an arrangement that maximises their capabilities.

With rogue-lite and deckbuilding elements on top, it's a highly replayable game that's been very highly rated on Steam and in reviews from critics.
It's launching in what's turned out to be a very busy month for PS5, but we reckon this could be well worth a look if you're after a new strategy game to conquer.

Drop the duchy upon the left hand side…
This trailer tells me absolutely nothing. But I like the idea. Might look into this later..
i had more fun to play on pc. If you really like tetris style game then you'll like this one
I bought this on Steam thinking it was a city builder and it actually is but that's not why I kept playing. I think a lot of people get overwhelmed by games that use a tile system to build or manage resources. That game did something that I'd never experienced before. It made me not overthink or get OCD over tile placement and instead leave it up to faith, the result was a really unique game-play loop. Hopefully Tiny Glade makes the jump to console too, it's a cosy diorama builder. My favorite current PC game.
I watched a few videos of people playing this (seems like it’s already everywhere but the PlayStation) and it looks weird but fun. Very Portal friendly.
