A24 appears to be putting its all into its Elden Ring movie adaptation, as sources speaking to Hollywood Reporter share it's working with a $100 million budget to create the company's "largest and most ambitious project" to date.
Filming is expected to start this week in the UK, with sets having already been spotted depicting Limgrave and a Church of Marika. Alex Garland of Ex Machina and Civil War fame is directing the film, and A24 is putting more into it than Marty Supreme. There will reportedly be 100 days of principal photography, with a release date set for 3rd March 2028.
