Mass Effect-Style Sci-Fi RPG Exodus Returns with an Early 2027 Release Date on PS5

The good news: we just got to see more of the very promising sci-fi action RPG that is Exodus at The Game Awards.

The bad news: it's now scheduled for release in early 2027. It's gonna feel like a long wait.

You may recall that Exodus was first revealed at The Game Awards 2023, so this one's been cooking for a while already. Fortunately, it still looks solid in this latest trailer, which has a bit of everything from story-driven drama to big boss battles.

I think they were seriously missing out on showing Matthew McConaughey's character, and if he's not a character in the game that's an even bigger issue. He just needs to be at least someone's uncle for a scene so he's in the game.
