Set in and around a Japanese convenience store in the 1990s, inKONBINI: One Store, Many Stories is definitely a title to keep an eye on if you're into cosy little time sinks.
You'll manage said store throughout the game, and as you go about the daily grind, you'll get to meet the inhabitants of the surrounding town and build friendships — all against the picturesque backdrop of rural Japan.

For me, this doesn't feel like a game, but a chore. Maybe if there was more story to it, but this looks just like manipulating cans and reading boring lines. Yes, I know it was inspired by Shenmue and Shenmue games can also be a little repetitive, but they are backed by very strong story, characters and places - none of that seems to be here.
@Stepan I share your sentiments. I find games like this a bit strange, I don’t really want to relive my everyday specific aspects of reality during downtime when I’m trying to relax or escape for a bit. It feels counterintuitive to me. That said, I know some people do find comfort in this kind of experience, even though I still feel that's unhealthy, but that's an argument for another day.
