Mintrocket has made a splash with some updates on its cult hit fish-'em-up, Dave the Diver.
In addition to shadow-dropping the game on Xbox, the below trailer teases the incoming DLC pack, In the Jungle, with new gameplay footage:
In the Jungle was announced at the end of last year, and it takes Dave and the gang away from the Blue Hole to explore a whole new environment.
You'll still be diving and fishing for rare species, but this time it'll be in freshwater, meaning lots of new fish to discover as well as new threats (and probably new gameplay gimmicks too).
The DLC is scheduled to arrive in Early 2026, so there's not much longer to wait until you can keep the adventure going.
On top of that, Mintrocket has also announced a physical retail edition of Dave the Diver.
A PS5 version will be made available on store shelves sometime in 2026, and it'll include the base game and the In the Jungle DLC. Pre-order information and availability will be revealed nearer the time, but it's good news for physical collectors.

Highlight of the Xbox showcase for me, personally.
Would love a Dave the Diver 2 with this setting.. expanding on great games like this is cool n stuff but some of us gamers can’t replay the same game over and over 😞
This is a great game, cant wait for the new DLC and replay it!
