Atlus has confirmed that it's adding a selection of Persona 3 and Persona 3 FES tracks to its PS5, PS4 remake Persona 3 Reload tomorrow, 23rd October.
The free update coincides with the release of the RPG's port to Nintendo Switch 2, and there'll be eight additional tracks in total, coming to all platforms. The new songs are as follows:
- Burn My Dread -Last Battle-
- Mass Destruction
- Deep Mentality
- When The Moon's Reaching Out Stars
- Want to Be Close
- Memories of You
- Mass Destruction -P3fes Version-
- Brand New Days
These hits can only be played during dungeon exploration and battles, and will be found under the "Change Battle BGM" setting in the pause menu.
Vocals for the songs were provided by Yumi Kawammura, who shared the following to go alongside today's news and imminent update: "It's been a while! I'm truly overjoyed and grateful to be reunited with everyone again. Persona 3 is a treasure to me as well - I can't help but feel excited. Old friends, will you fight alongside me once more? New friends, how about letting my songs aid you in battle? Let's celebrate together. Thank you for your continued support."
While a minor addition overall, the new tracks only add to a fantastic RPG remake from Atlus. It's now working on Persona 4 Revival, but Persona 3 Reload is proof the developer can bring back its classics in excellent, modern fashion.
"In terms of gameplay, it's easily the best incarnation of a classic RPG, boasting countless quality of life and mechanical adjustments that place it alongside the outstanding Persona 5 Royal," we said in our 9/10-rated review. "Storytelling enhancements make the plot even more impactful, and the remade visuals are a joy to behold." The game has since been updated and expanded with Episode Aigis.

These songs are great and it’s cool they are adding them.
They should have been there right from the start, though - with a dedicated gallery mode, the Answer and the female protagonist from P3P. This remake was just a big wasted opportunity and a cash grab…and this is coming from a SEGA gal through and through.
