Every time we write the full name of one of Japanese dev French Bread’s fighters, we die a little inside. We sincerely hope we won’t have to write Under Night In-Birth II [Sys:Celes] too many more times, then – we’re on borrowed time here.
But this weekend being Evo, there are even announcements for these smaller titles to look forward to.
Izumi – due out 18th August on both PS5 and PS4 – looks like a lot of fun to play as, too. She attacks with a magical fish and has the ability to turn the tides in battle by, well, forcing her opponents underwater.

The sprite work is fantastic, and if you already own the Season Pass then you’ll be able to download the new character as soon as she’s available at no extra cost.
