If you thought Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls may have been consuming all of Arc System Works’ energy, well, you’re wrong. The developer is also continuing to create new content for Granblue Fantasy Rising: Rising, with Wilnas confirmed to join the roster from 5th August.
The newcomer will cost $7.99, and will be flanked by a free title update, which will include remixed versions of classic fighters, known as ‘EX Characers’. More will be announced alongside the patch notes in the coming days.

We’d love to add some more context around Wilnas, but we have to hold our hands up and admit we’re not the biggest Granblue geeks. However, we know he’s a fiery fighter as clearly evidenced in the trailer, and impressions of his gameplay coming out of Evo this weekend have been mostly very positive.
