Pocket a Platinum in PS Plus Premium's Seminal New Retro Release 1

Deus Ex: The Conspiracy, the PS2 port of Warren Spector’s seminal RPG, has a Platinum Trophy for you to unlock in its new PS Plus Premium emulated format.

While this version of the game isn’t quite up to the same level as the PC original, it’s the version many people played due to the ubiquity of Sony’s console at the time. Creator ION Storm was forced to rearrange and streamline levels in order to squeeze them into the PS2’s memory, but it did a really good job.

The Trophy list itself is fairly straightforward: you’ll unlock over half of the gongs for simply completing all of the assigned goals on each individual level. There’s also some fun little challenges, like “shooting a hoop” with a basketball and picking 25 locks.

This doesn’t look too challenging to us – especially if you’re familiar with the original. There are even some Deus Ex: The Conspiracy cheats you can leverage to help you on your way.

Don’t worry if you’re not a PS Plus Premium member by the way, because the game can be bought separately for £11.99/$14.99. Will you be gunning for the Platinum in this game? Let us know in the comments section below.
