Atelier Yumia looks great, but we’re still not a fan of the protagonist’s default costume. What’s it supposed to be? A shirt? A blazer? A corset? All three at the same time? Who knows?!
Fans will, at the very least, be able to pick a more fetching outfit at launch courtesy of free DLC inspired by Asbel from Bandai Namco game, Tales of Graces f Remastered. You can see how it’ll look courtesy of this artwork from illustrator Benitama, embedded above.

Her default outfit is fine, good even. The shoes are stupid, sure, but the rest of it looks good.

Yeah, terrible take. This DLC is great but the default is good too.
Nah, the 'quirky' shoes aside, Yumia's default outfit is as fine as it can be.
Asbel's outfit though? Ehh..its not bad but something about it has always screamed "disco-ish" to me.
I'm not sure about the weird blazer/corset/whatever combo but we gotta at least say that her glowing high heels are radical, although not entirely practical for open world exploration.
Game’s not even out yet but yeah, “finally”.

The OG outfits was beautifully designed and Yumia is probably my favourite designed protagonist of the Atelier series right now. Abel outfit doesn't fit at all to the entire game theme; glad it's there but I won't be using it any time soon.
