Infinity Nikki’s update cadence is a lot quicker than other popular gacha games, which means v1.2 is almost upon us already. That means there are new outfits, quests, minigames, and more to look forward to from 23rd January.

Named the Firework Season, this update is all about celebration, as our eponymous stylist sets sail to the Firework Isles for a new storyline and gameplay. “Unexpected challenges arise, leading to an epic showdown with the new boss, The Dark Bouquet,” the press release reads.

As you’d expect, there’ll be plenty of fresh threads to find. Two new banners will debut alongside the update: Stardust Flare and Dance Till Dawn. The former dress comes with a sparkler effect when you walk, while the latter features confetti when you glide.

There’ll also be two free outfits to unlock through gameplay, while “the Heartfelt Gifts Store will feature a selection of nine free outfits over three versions”. That’s apparently in return for all your support.

In fact, the rewards seem really strong this update: you can earn up to 20 free pulls and over 3,500 Diamonds just for completing all of the content. That’s roughly around 50 free pulls in total, which isn’t enough to get any of the five-star outfits, but will certainly help you on your way.

In other related news, Infold Games is releasing the first Infinity Nikki OST on all streaming platforms imminently. The album will feature various songs from the game, including the popular one that plays when you fly on the paper crane during the story.
