Suggestions that Persona 3 Reload will be treated to a wave of DLC, including the FES version's post-game content The Answer, have gained more weight after references to them were spotted in a recent datamine. Delving into the PC files revealed mentions of a "P3R Expansion Pass" that would grant access to six portions of DLC, one of which is "Episode Aigis / The Answer".
The other five pieces that have been datamined are an "Exploration Item Set", "EX GM Sets" from Persona 4 Golden and Persona 5 Royal, the "Velvet Room Costume Set", and the "Episode Aigis BGM Set". While this offers significantly more evidence to the possibility of The Answer being prepared as Persona 3 Reload DLC, it's important to note this does not always mean the content will actually arrive. A datamine of Shin Megami Tensei V picked up references to PS4, but the port has never materialised. Still, this is welcome news for fans looking for more Persona 3 Reload.
The Answer was a new piece of content released in the PS2's FES version, and predominantly focused on combat rather than relationships and social links. It's one of a few pieces of missing content in Persona 3 Reload alongside the female main character. The omissions were noted in our PS5 review, where we said: "Reload is easily the best version of Persona 3 — but it's still difficult to call it definitive. That's because the additional parts of enhanced re-release Persona 3 FES and PSP port Persona 3 Portable aren't included — and so we're still stuck with four separate incarnations of what is essentially the same game."
Atlus has gone on record stating there won't be a re-release of Persona 3 Reload in the same vein as a Persona 5 Royal, so DLC is the only hope fans have of The Answer releasing for PS5, PS4. Does this datamine give you confidence it will? Let us know in the comments below.

Female MC dlc? Please?

@Nei doubt it will happen would require a lot of work, for just a perspective change in the same story. The answer dlc seems quite likely as it’s more story and Altus have said no re-release like persona 5 royal, which would be probably required for the female change.
Not surprised. Atlus is such scumbags when it comes to their games now. Remaking an entire, beloved game, just to sell DLC for it. How about instead they released a FULL game.
I played the portable version so much that I burned out on this game. I wonder if I'll even finish this remake. I certainly won't play "The Answer" as well. But happy for those who wish to.

yup, still waiting for smt v ps4 port. there is no way that will remain a switch exclusive for much longer.

I want FeMC more then The Answer. I don't care what say people say that, they don't want FeMC, without her then it's not the definitive of P3.
