Announced mid-way through last year, Super Bomberman R 2 is coming to both PS5 and PS4, and we now have a release date. Prepare for things to really start popping off on 14th September.
R 2 will include all the classic game modes fans have come to love, but the main attraction here is the new "Castle" game mode, an asymmetrical team-based affair in which opposing sides will compete over treasure.

Huh, there's an actual campaign mode with dialogue this time. I'll for reviews, but I may get it if it's anything substantial.
@RemembersGems Agreed mate, lost hours to this game on the SNES with a multi-tap. This and Mario Kart were the go to games when mates were around - good times
Cross-platform, hopefully can allow up to 4 people locally and online, and I'd love for coop support on story mode, but this is looking great! Had some fantastic times on bomberman on the ps3 with 7 controllers all synced up!
The first game was fun, but the platinum sucked! Hoping not the same case here
