A VR adaptation of the Netflix series Stranger Things is being released at the end of next year, and PSVR2 may be one of the platforms to receive a version. Announced over the weekend and dubbed Stranger Things VR, it's releasing on "major VR platforms" in late 2023. You'd assume Sony's next-gen headset would be part of that lineup alongside other devices like the Meta Quest 2.

Tender Claws is handling development; its previous VR titles include Virtual Virtual Reality 2 and Tempest. Described as a psychological horror/action game, you'll "play as Vecna in this new Stranger Things adventure in VR. Become an explorer of unknown realities as you form the hive mind and tame the void. Invade minds and conjure nightmares in your quest to enact revenge on Eleven and Hawkins."

Various Stranger Things games have been released ever since the TV series gained significant popularity, but this appears to be the IP's first venture into virtual reality. Are you interested?
