Konami Announcing New Game from a 'World-Loved Series' at TGS

Well it's not a new Bomberman, that already got announced in a Nintendo Direct.

So....Yu-Gi-Oh probably. Though didn't that already get a game lately?

I bet it’s that train board game thing which sold insane amounts of copies in Japan. It’s TGS after all.

Anything exciting a Konami rep might announce is that they are selling all their IPs and leaving gaming altogether.

What about Castlevania?

Id wager Castlevania. Maybe based on the netflix series. Doubtful I know but I want Konami to do something right. Cant even call them the worst anymore because Activision Blizzard took that crown

Guys, it isn’t Bomberman. They announced a new Bomberman at the Nintendo Direct.

Probably Yu-Gi-Oh but who knows. Maybe Castlevania but I’m not sure at all. Castlevania is probably one of the Konami properties most likely to come back in some form.

They did say it's a new entry so maybe there's still a sliver of hope for an MGS collection for modern consoles announced on the side? I know, a very very long shot but come on I'm desperate here!😂

Am I too silly to expect a Gradius related announcement? Perhaps "Simpsons Arcade", now that bringing old licensed IPs back to life is in fashion?

Most likely Momotaro Dentetsu. While not a "world-loved" IP, it is very popular in Japan and the latest entry has sold like hotcakes.

So, with the release of the Cowabunga Collection and now this... is it fair to say that Konami is the zombie company of the industry? They were killed... yet... they rose from the dead and are shuffling about...

Suikoden 1-5 remastered bundle would be nice.

I actually forgot Konami has the game rights to Yu-Gi-Oh.

They're killing off Super Bomberman R Online (which is a shame, I'm pretty good at it) and as others pointed out Bomberman game announced during a Direct.

I'm going to take a stab at a new Goemon game, it's loved in my world.

They have a well received baseball game, Power Pro’s but that’s only Japan, like Dance Dance Revolution. A Contra reboot?

Yuki Kaiji has done voiceover work for Suikoden in the past, and it's his only involvement with Konami.

100% Yu-Gi-Oh!. It’s about time for classic Yu-Gi-Oh to get an update. Legacy of the Duelist was released in 2015.

Time to get get back to basics the casual crowd has gotten their fill.
