The standalone co-op mode of Killzone Shadow Fall, titled Intercept, is leaving PS Plus Extra in the near future. The PS4 game's tile has appeared in the Last Chance to Play section, but a leaving date is not attached when you button through to the app itself. It's safe to say your time is now limited if you happen to be playing the online mode via PS Plus Extra.

Released just over six months after the PS4 launch game, Intercept is a four-player co-op mode where you play as VSA troops behind enemy lines, tasked with defending uplinks from Helghast forces across four maps. We found the DLC to be really good, awarding it an 8/10 in our review and saying: "Requiring a good amount of coordination and teamwork, the expansion won't suit everyone, but victory tastes all the sweeter because of its often intense difficulty."

Killzone Shadow Fall - Intercept PS Plus Extra

Killzone Shadow Fall itself hasn't appeared in the Last Chance to Play section, so it should still be part of the All PS Plus Games list. If you are playing Intercept, you have the option of buying it off the PS Store for £15.99/$9.99 once it leaves or opting for the base game's season pass at the same price. While this mode was offered standalone, it's also a piece of DLC for Killzone Shadow Fall.

Other games with confirmed leaving dates on PS Plus Extra and PS Plus Premium are NBA 2K22 and WRC 10 (both on 31st August 2022) as well as Red Dead Redemption 2 (on 20th September 2022).
