Dino Crisis PS1

Update: Dino Crisis, Ridge Racer 2, and Soul Calibur: Broken Destiny have now been removed from the Italian PlayStation Blog post, suggesting this was simply an error. With the games already on Sony's lips, though, it surely can't be too long before the PS1 and PSP games are actually rolled out to everyone on PS Plus Premium. A mistake for now, but hang tight: they'll be coming eventually. In the meantime, you can check out our official list of All PS Plus Games through the link.

Original story: Here's a strange one: Sony has just revealed the list of PS5, PS4, and PSP games coming to PS Plus Extra and PS Plus Premium for the month of July 2022. It's a pretty good lineup, with almost 20 titles included, but it turns out one country has it better than the rest. A lot better. The Italian PlayStation Blog says Dino Crisis, Ridge Racer 2, and Soul Calibur: Broken Destiny are also part of the All PS Plus Games drop, but it's the only country-specific website to list them.

Who knows whether this is just an error made on the Italian site or if the PS1 and PSP games are actually hitting the service only in Italy, but it's an odd situation all the same. At the time of writing, the Italian PlayStation Blog still lists them, and a screenshot for proof can be seen below:

We've reached out to Sony for comment on the conundrum. What do you make of this? A mistake or are individual countries about to get exclusive PS Plus Extra, PS Plus Premium games? Let us know in the comments below.
