It was always expected, but Diablo 4 has been officially confirmed for PS5 as well as PS4. It's also landed a vague 2023 release window, as well as a relatively in-depth gameplay trailer, which we've embedded above.

We think it's all looking rather promising. Blizzard says that the game has over 140 dungeons scatted across its open world, and the five different character classes all seem as unique as you'd expect. The developer's also promising a robust endgame, boasting an overhauled Paragon system, which lets you bolster your character beyond the level cap.

Oh, and the Necromancer is the game's fifth and final class. It joins the Druid, Barbarian, Sorcerer, and Rogue. You can find the Necromancer's reveal trailer below.

And last but not least, Blizzard has confirmed that Diablo 4 will feature full cross-play and cross-progression across all platforms.
