German ratings board USK has handed an 18+ age rating to a PlayStation 5 version of Serious Sam 4, which hasn't been confirmed at the time of writing by developer Croteam. The game does have a PS4 version on the way, but this new bit of information all but confirms it's getting a native PS5 edition too. A Google Stadia exclusivity deal kept Serious Sam 4 off PS4, with the title releasing on both the streaming service and PC last year.
The problem is that it doesn't sound like we were missing out on very much. The game didn't review particularly well, with Metacritic slapping a 68 rating on it following mixed review. Serious Sam 4 is a prequel to the other entries, but it sounds like those are the ones you'll actually want to play. Still, it looks like this fourth instalment isn't too far away from a PS5, PS4 release.
