Call of Duty Vanguard PS5 PlayStation 5 1

Call of Duty: Vanguard looks like it’ll be a fairly straightforward Platinum on the PlayStation 5 and PS4, which is something of a rarity for the first-person franchise. Activision has really scaled down the requirements for this year’s game, prompting you to complete some mission specific objectives during the single player campaign, and then mainly level up in multiplayer and zombies mode.

Many of the story-based trinkets pay particular attention to events that happen throughout the plot, such as “killing 15 enemies while standing atop a train car roof”. However, if it’s like past Call of Duty games, there’ll be chapter select – meaning you should easily be able to mop these up if you miss them first time around.

The multiplayer Trophies are similarly straight-forward: you just need to reach Level 55 overall, reach max rank with one operator, and completely level up a single firearm. And then for the zombies gongs, there are no challenging Easter eggs to complete – the most time consuming will probably be killing 10,000 of the undead, but that’s going to come with time.

You can view the full list through here, ahead of the game’s release later this week.
