The Last of Us is getting a TV adaptation, thanks to a partnership between PlayStation Productions and HBO. We've known about the project for a while, but with filming having begun in Canada, information and images have started emerging online, and it all seems pretty encouraging so far. In a new interview with BBC, Bella Ramsey, who stars as Ellie, talks about the show, and what it's like to be on set.

She says that there are "quite a few fans of the game" among the crew, who have all expressed how faithful the show is to the Naughty Dog titles. Ramsey says they've told her the sets feel like "walking into the game", which certainly sounds like a good sign.

In case you missed it, a bunch of new images from the show made their way to Twitter earlier this week, showing off the sets and some of the finer details (as well as a look at Pedro Pascal's Joel, albeit with a face mask on). From where we're sitting, it all looks pretty spot on.

Ramsey also talks about the role, saying it "definitely feels like the biggest thing" she's done so far. She describes it as "a complete privilege and an honour".

The Last of Us' HBO series is currently in production, with no firm release date just yet. Are you excited to watch this when it eventually arrives? Look out for clickers in the comments section below.
