Sony’s really stepped up its Champions League marketing these past few weeks. You’ve probably already seen those awesome commercials, featuring characters like Kratos and Ratchet & Clank, but how about these Twitter videos where it recreates real-life goals with DualSense controls? Check this out:
The concept is really simple: you know those FIFA 22 tutorials on YouTube where they overlay the controller on the screen to show what buttons they’re pressing? Well, this is that, using real-life footage, with a PlayStation 5 controller matching the moves of the players on the field. We thought it was pretty neat.
And yes, before anyone starts in the comments, we know many of you, ahem, push square to shoot. Just roll with it, okay?

@lolwhatno IMO it's the better game on the pitch (not counting the latest alpha build) and then you just download a data file update for all the proper names and logos and it's better than FIFA off the pitch as well.
@solocapers must be a Japanese thing. There was uproar in Japan because on the PS5 UI the X button is used to confirm actions, what we are used to in the West, but in Japan they've always used O. It's cultural. X in Japan means false and O means true.
Glad to see even sony acknowledges that its O to shoot...🤫
@Integrity yes it's very annoying on Nintendo games. You get used to it after a while but it never feels natural.

@Denni5m I've never had a problem switching between controllers, whether it's offset sticks on Xbox, symmetrical on PS, or even weirder configurations like N64 trident style, flight sticks etc. Never understood what all the fuss was about other than a preference.
But but the accept/cancel being reversed on Switch drives me absolutely bananas!
